- Engraved scribing plate: it is drawn by carving knife of engraving machine. It is finally shaped into a grid shape. Within 1.2×2.4 meter, light is relatively uniform. It becomes darker towards middle of light guide plate, and there is a rib phenomenon.
- Silk screen light guide plate: it is printed with ink. Printed dots are relative and easy to capture, but light is weak and brightness is average.
Service life varies
Service life of laser dot matrix light guide plate is 7-10 years.
Service life of engraving scribing board is 5-6 years.
Service life of silk screen printing plate is 3-5 years.
