Materials of dynamic light box
Materials used to make dynamic light box are same as those of tension fabric light boxes and snap frame fabric light boxes. Only difference is the addition of a controller that can control light source.
Materials include: aluminum alloy frame, LED light strip or LED light panel, soft film graphic, PVC plate, controller, power supply, and power cord.
Production process
Design
Use design software on computer to design graphic, size and layout required by customer, and import it into programming software to convert it into a program and then import it into controller.
Make the frame
Cut aluminum alloy frame to size according to customer’s size requirements, and use accessories to connect 4 sides.
Graphic production
Use a UV roll printing machine to print graphic onto soft film, and use a cutting machine to cut off excess part of graphic (note that in order not to affect graphic during installation, leave a bleed distance when cutting).
Bottom plate production
Use an engraving machine to carve out PVC bottom plate along edges of size and polish it.
Dynamic light box installation process
- Install light strips or light panels: lay prepared PVC boards flat, and then arrange light strips or light panels evenly on PVC boards.
- Assemble and fix frame and PVC board.
- Arrange power cord, controller, and power supply to edge of dynamic light box and secure them.
- Install graphic on frame (installed using silicone strips).
