Cut metal cover
There are many types of metal cover, such as iron plates, copper plates, stainless steel plates, titanium plates, aluminum plates, etc., which can be selected according to different needs of customers.
Use a special laser cutting machine to input data on drawing into computer to perform precise cutting operations. Cutting of metal plate determines lighting pattern of entire finished laser cut light box. Therefore, hollow pattern must be cut accurately when cutting.
Welding with 2 processes
- Generally, galvanized iron plates with a size greater than 1 meter and a thickness of 1.0mm are made by argon welding and have smooth edges.
- Size less than 1 meter, 0.8mm thickness, model 201, 304 stainless steel, made by laser welding.
Electroplating and painting
Main function of electroplating and painting is to change color of metal plate surface.
Acrylic light-transmitting plate
Using transparent 3mm acrylic light-transmitting plate, color can be selected according to lighting effect: white, red, yellow, blue, orange… and other colors.
Install lamp beads
According to single-sided lighting, double-sided lighting or overall lighting effect of laser cut light boxes required by customer, fixed LED lamp beads are installed in different positions.
In order to ensure that laser cut light box emits uniform light, installation position, installation quantity, and luminous intensity of LED lamp beads must have certain requirements.
And when installing, lamp beads must be fixed well to prevent lamp beads from falling off and causing displacement, which will affect overall lighting effect of laser cut light box.
Paste acrylic light-transmitting plate to metal cover
Use hot melt glue and glass glue (hot melt glue solidifies quickly to achieve a temporary fixing effect, while glass glue can provide a long-term fixing effect) to paste acrylic light-transmitting plate on back of metal cover of laser cut light box for fixation.
Then press on iron block to increase firmness of bond.
Assembling hollow light boxes
Assemble the entire laser cut light box together.
