Backpack lightboxes use transparent acrylic panel, LED light bar, PVC board, graphic, power supply, and aluminum alloy frame.
Making backpack lightboxes
- Layout advertising graphic into different sizes according to customer requirements.
- Use a photo machine to print out graphic, and use a cutting machine to cut it out to appropriate size.
- Use an engraving machine to carve acrylic board or PVC board along edges according to required size.
- Use a cutting machine to cut the aluminum alloy frame according to size.
- Install engraved PVC board on LED light strip. When installing, arrange it evenly and glue it with glass glue.
Installation of backpack lightboxes
- Use screws and corner connectors to assemble aluminum alloy edge strips.
- Assemble PVC board with light bar installed and aluminum alloy frame together.
- Open aluminum frame blades on 4 sides of light box outwards and take out front panel.
- Back panel has small holes reserved for installing straps when it is made. Use screws to install straps directly.
- At bottom right corner of inside of backpack light box, connect power supply to the plug.
- There is a layer of protective film on front panel. When installing panel, you must tear off protective film, and then clean the panel.
- Use double-sided tape to fix graphic onto front panel, install front panel onto lightbox, and close aluminum frame blades on all 4 sides.
