Can you show me the corner connections in detail? Can you also confirm the dimensions of the Silicone edge is 14mm, for example?
Do the corners create a seamless light across the 90-degree angle (i.e., no dark spots on the corners)? Do you have an example of one of the banners illuminated in this style?
Can you show us the details of the rigging points? Most importantly, all elements are certified with structural calculations and the relevant CE-EU certificates.
Finally, do you have a distributor in the UK-Europe for these products? If not, would you be interested in a collaboration?
We responded to each of the customer’s questions and provided relevant pictures, videos, and CE certificates.
The customer then inquired about the price of L-shaped 6mtr x 6mtr x 1.2mtr banners, and also asked if the profiles could be cut into 4 x 4m sections. Our response is as follows:

We want the flexibility to increase or decrease the size of the banner say to a 4 x 4mtr is this possible and can you show us in a video how this works. What are the standard length pieces of the frame and can you detail the connection process. (Yes, we can cut or increase the aluminum profile length into most sizes, so 4 x 4mtr is ok, for international shipping considering, less than 2 meter for each piece, so when your banner side length more than 2 meter, there may need more than 2 profiles and splice them together.)
We also may need a 6mtr x 6mtr x 1.2mtr L shaped banner can you quote this for me please to be shipped with the 6 x 6mtr banner. (Price for L shaped banner 6mtr x 6mtr x 1.2mtr is 2310USD by sea, 2995USD by air, kindly find its picture as attached)
What is the weight of a 6 x 6 x 1.2 ( h ) banner and how many eye bolts do you need for this set up. I can see you have a number of these on the banner in the video and also I think there are 4 holes where the eye bolts can attach at each location. Can you show me the underside of the eye bolt so that I can understand the fixing. (For the eye bolts quantity, it is depend on the length of each side, normally 1 eye bolt for 2 meter long banner side. Eye bolt being fixed by screws onto the profiles.)
Can you show me a detail of the corner piece as its essential there are no shadows in the illuminated banner. ( Kindly take attached standing L shaped backlit fabric sign image as reference to see the corner lighting situation, we also suggest you not use the graphics with too much white background to avoid the visibility of the profiles inside the banner.)
Where are the transformers located on the banner, how do they fix to the frame and how many lengths of lights can each transformer power. (Transformers can be put inside of the banner or on the top side of the banner, depend on your requirement, we also have another version come with an out side power. For the transformers put inside version, normally 1 transformer(500W) per side. So 4 transformers for the square shaped fabric banner, 4 transformers for L shaped fabric banner )

It was great to talk with you earlier.
If we can get a 6mtr x 6mtr x 1.2 mtr illuminated banner shipped by AIR by the 11th February 2026 that would be great.
As discussed in your video you can see the internal upright metal struts is there any way of adding LED to this to remove this dark line.
I accept if the graphic is dark you may not see it however if it is a lighter graphic or white then you can see the upright which does not look good.
Can you send me a video of the CONNECTIONS how they secure together as this is very important to us we want to see how each piece joins together.
We also need a cost for EXTRA LED LIGHTS and EXTRA TRANSFORMER as spares in case anything goes wrong.

Because the customer added accessories and needed a quote, we gave the customer a new price and replied to the customer about how to solve the light shadow problem. We also informed the customer that they needed to arrange payment as soon as possible because the Chinese New Year holiday was approaching.
I already checked with our production department,there are 2 ways to solve the problem:
Solution 1. Increase 1 more piece LED lights at the bottom and top area of the light box, increase light box thickness to 18cm. (Below prices meet these requirements)
Solution 2. Change side light to backlit(we can not produce with this way before we leave)
Following price based on solution 1 include shipping by air then deliver to your door and also include your import duties(you do not need pay import duties again when goods arrive your location).

Payment
The client asked for an invoice and said their Hong Kong designer would have a final consultation with us.
We sent the invoice and bank details to the client and had a WhatsApp voice call with them and their designer on the same day. After confirming the client was satisfied with all our responses, they made the payment that same day.
Production
We received payment from the customer on the same day and immediately arranged production.
During production, the customer requested photos of the fabric and silicone strips, drawings, videos of the lightbox banner production process, and videos before shipment, among other materials.
We completed production in just four days and contacted the freight forwarder the day before completion to prepare for air freight.
After production was completed, we assembled the lightbox, tested it with electricity, then disassembled and packaged it before sending the goods to the freight forwarder’s warehouse.
Shipping
The freight forwarder received our goods and immediately arranged for shipment. Due to the high volume of goods at the end of the year, plus the Chinese New Year holiday, the shipment took approximately two weeks to depart, landing in the UK a little over 14 hours later.
After landing, customs clearance was completed in just three business days, and the goods were then delivered.
During this period, we also provided the client with documents such as ISO certification for the aluminum frames.
