The diameter range of our rotating light boxes we can produce is 40-140cm, round rotating LED light box with a diameter exceeding 80cm will not last as long due to its weight. We truthfully tell customer B this situation.

Quotation to customer B
In the second email from customer B, she requested that we provide a quote for round rotating lighted wall sign with diameters of 60cm and 80cm, and also asked if we could offer a price discount if she she purchase two than just one.
After confirming her shipping address with her, we immediately quoted best prices based quantities on one and two, which includes DHL international express shipping to the customer’s address in Bali.
As we are a direct manufacturer, the price is quite favorable. Customer B quickly agreed to our price.
Proforma invoice and payment
Customer B asked us to do and send her with proforma invoice, and then she quickly made the payment.
Free mock-up
Custom B asked us to contact his boss A to send us logo file and make a digital proof for A to confirm(We can usually send you a proof for confirmation before you make the payment, so that you can see what your logo looks like on the rotating lightbox.).
We contacted her boss A via email as requested by B, and after we sent the email, we did not received a response from her boss. At this point, we did not hesitate and immediately contacted A, telling her that we had not received a response from her boss and hoping that she could contact her boss ASAP.
She replied to us that her boss is on a business trip abroad, and she will immediately contact her boss. After she contacted her boss A, Custom A replied to our email, at the beginning, he sent us 2 logo images that were not very clear, we tell him that the resolution is too low. A then sent us 2 high-definition logo files and asked us two very critical questions:

Next, our design team made a mock-up for A’s confirmation. After several revisions, customer A finally agreed that the logo needs to be maximally displayed on this circle rotating lightbox panel, which also matches the high-end personality of his jewelry store (we will revise your mock-up without limit until you are satisfied).
Re-check with customer A about the shipping address
After confirming the mock-up, we immediately arranged production of this order. At the same time, we confirmed with customer A his shipping address again (his employee B had previously provided a shipping address).
As there were two people from the customer’s company communicating with us in this order transaction, in order to ensure that there were no errors, we must confirm with him again, the shipping address he provided did not match the one given by his employee B (We will confirm every detail of the order, including shipping, to ensure accurate and error free delivery of your package).
Shipping and customs clearance communication
At the same time as the production of this order, we carefully confirmed with DHL relevant import customs requirements for shipping to Indonesia.
We confirmed that in addition to paying import duties, customer A also need to use their personal TAX ID for customs clearance when goods entering Indonesia. We asked customer A to provide it, and then immediately sent his TAX ID to DHL after he provided it.
At this time, this order has also been completed, we have conducted a visual and electrical inspection of the lightbox. We have sent a video of the rotating effect of his rotating lightbox sign for customer A to confirm.
Pack and shipment, receive order
After customer A was satisfied, we packed the lightbox in a wooden box and requested DHL to pick it up and ship it.
After shipment, we immediately sent the DHL tracking number to customer A so that he can track the shipping status of his package at any time.
DHL is very fast and delivered the goods to the customer in just 5 days.
