The 7-Eleven convenience store’s lightbox sign consists of three main parts: a 3D metal base box, LED modules, and an acrylic shell. The 3D metal base box is manufactured through a series of processes including welding, polishing, and painting. An openable metal inner sleeve is installed within the metal base box. The LED modules are installed in the inner groove of the metal base box. The acrylic shell integrates a white double-layer vacuum-formed panel, the store’s vacuum-formed sign, and acrylic sheets of various colors, all sealed with strong adhesive. The acrylic shell is then fitted into the openable metal inner sleeve and sealed and secured with PVC strips and silicone sealant.- Features: Appearance of the sign has a super strong three-dimensional effect, coupled with the gorgeous acrylic sheet, making the sign have excellent day and night advertising effects.
