Could you please provide me with a quotation for a lightbox with the following specifications?
Dimensions: 70 × 30 × 12 cm
Equipped with 3 fluorescent tubes
Made with transparent acrylic glass
One large side can be closed (opaque).
I would need 5 pieces.
Delivery would be to Austria.

The customer also sent the following picture and stated “like this, but transparent acrylic”
After receiving the message on WhatsApp, we immediately replied and asked the customer if the light tubes inside the lightbox were circular in shape. The customer said that the three light tubes were straight.
And another picture was sent, in which the light tubes inside the lightbox are straight.
We then asked the customer some detailed questions about the lightbox, as follows: Do you need to print your graphics on it? if yes, how many sides，acrylic board thick ness 3mm or 5mm?
The customer’s response is as follows: I’ll apply the stickers myself, so I’d like it to be made of transparent acrylic. Five sides. 5mm

Then we quoted the customer the most favorable price (including air freight to the door and import tariffs), and the customer immediately said “deal” upon receiving the quotation information
The customer asked if he needed to draw a sketch for us and if we understood his various requirements for customizing acrylic light boxes with built-in light tubes. We replied that we understood and did not need to draw a sketch, and asked the customer to send us detailed shipping address information for invoicing.
At the same time, we also agreed on the payment method, and the customer asked which party is responsible for import customs clearance. We replied that our company is responsible for import customs clearance and will deliver it to their door.
The customer also said, ‘I’m going to hang them in the display window of a sneaker store.’,
For the details of hanging and fixing the lightbox, the customer requires the following:

After we made the invoice and sent the mock up to the customer, they immediately made the payment. The mock up is as follows:
Before payment, we discussed whether we needed to equip Europe power plugs and whether PVC backboards were used on the back of the lightbox. After confirming all the details with the customer, we began production.

We took 2 days to make one of the lightboxes first and sent a video of the completed lightbox to the customer for confirmation. We received the following feedback from the customer

After the customer confirmed that the first lightbox we made was fine, we produced the remaining 4 lightboxes in 2 days. On the day of production completion, we sent high-definition videos and pictures of 5 lightboxes powered on to the customer for confirmation.
After receiving the video, the customer left a review stating ‘Good morning.’ It turned out to be truly beautiful.
Shipment, tracking number sent, customer received 5 lightboxes
On August 8th, we shipped 5 lightboxes to the customer via international air freight and delivery to the door, and provided the customer with a tracking number. The entire air freight process took about 10 working days (including import customs clearance), and the customer finally received the 5 lightboxes smoothly and was very satisfied.
Conclusion
The production of this order is not complicated, the key issue is to clarify every production requirement of the customer regarding the lightbox. The details of the order need to be confirmed with the customer step by step before production, and a lightbox should be made first and a video sent to the customer for confirmation before making other lightboxes. This avoids production errors and produces lightboxes that satisfy the customer.
